where KIDS can learn all things fitness
Healthy bodies lead to healthy minds, and all kids we mentor engage in physical fitness. Specifically, kids learn archery, kayaking, and work out in Lake Middle School’s Hall of Heroes. One of the many innovative things we have done in partnership with Lake Middle School was to transform a storage room into a workout room for our students and staff.

Outer Haven's physical fitness programs are tailored to help children build strength, endurance, and overall physical health. Through a variety of fun and engaging activities, we encourage kids to develop a lifelong habit of physical activity, contributing to their well-being and confidence.

Our fitness activities are not just about physical development; they also focus on promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Kids learn the value of working together, setting personal goals, and the importance of perseverance, all within a supportive and inclusive environment.
